Bvlgari In-Store Technician role in Dubai, UAE—conduct luxury watch and jewelry repairs with 5+ years experience in technical servicing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs, resizing, cleaning, and maintenance on Bvlgari products, ensuring brand standards and craftsmanship are upheld, including diagnosing issues, providing accurate estimates, and completing repairs within established timeframes
- Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance and adherence to brand standards before delivery to clients
- Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance, tracking and reporting material usage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workshop environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with Client Advisors and CARE Administrator to provide seamless CARE service and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in repair and maintenance through training and self-development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in watch and jewelry repair or related technical field
- Advanced proficiency in repair techniques and methodologies specific to luxury timepieces and fine jewelry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality management
- Demonstrated ability in inventory management and workshop organization
