Role & Responsibilities

- Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance before delivery to clients.
- Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance.
- Track and report usage of materials and maintain a clean, organized, and secure workshop environment.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors and CARE Administrator to ensure seamless CARE service and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in repair and maintenance.
