Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of user identities and access rights across core systems (Active Directory, SAP, Okta), ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Execute identity lifecycle activities including onboarding, modification and deprovisioning of user accounts.
- Assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of access control models, including role‑based access control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Support access review and certification campaigns to maintain access governance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IAM initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the configuration, maintenance and operational support of IAM tools (directories, SSO, federation services).
- Identify and escalate access‑related risks, inconsistencies or policy deviations and support remediation activities.
- Document IAM processes, procedures and technical configurations to ensure operational continuity.
- Provide day‑to‑day troubleshooting and user support for IAM requests and incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and automation where possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management, IT security or a related domain.
- Practical experience with Active Directory, SAP authorizations and Okta.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, RBAC and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with access governance practices including access certification and SoD mitigation.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to operational tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders and to work proactively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Experience
3+ years of practical experience in Identity & Access Management, IT security, or closely related roles, with demonstrable exposure to Active Directory, SAP authorizations and Okta within corporate IT environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
