Bvlgari — Human Resources Intern (6-month internship) in Paris. Support recruitment, HR administration and the intern community.
Role & Responsibilities
- Autonomously manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices: define needs with hiring managers, draft and publish job postings, screen CVs, conduct interviews and propose shortlists across retail and headquarters functions.
- Support HR administrative and payroll processes: coordinate onboarding, prepare and process administrative documentation and assist with payroll-related tasks.
- Coordinate, animate and follow up the 2026 intern and apprentice community, organising integration activities and ensuring an engaging trainee experience.
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives, providing operational support and follow-through to deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Prior exposure to an HR environment through at least one internship or equivalent work placement.
- Organised, autonomous and proactive with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Good command of common office software and digital collaboration tools.

Experience
Entry-level; previous internship experience in an HR team is expected or highly desirable. The role is aimed at students currently completing a Master’s programme and seeking a first substantial HR placement.
Education
Master's degree in progress (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
