Bulgari seeks a Human Resources Director in Miami to lead HR for Latin America & Caribbean across corporate and retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders across Latin America & the Caribbean, aligning people strategies with commercial priorities for both corporate and retail populations.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for corporate and retail roles across the region, ensuring talent acquisition meets market and brand standards.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management (annual ICR cycle), career development, succession planning and organizational design.
- Manage relationships with local payroll providers in Mexico, Brazil and St Barth to ensure legal compliance and accurate payroll execution.
- Drive employee engagement programs and cultivate an inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity and fair management practices.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits and Americas HR to execute budget exercises, local market compensation analysis and recommendations.
- Consolidate and submit monthly and annual HR data to Headquarters and the LVMH group, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Lead cross‑functional HR projects, gather stakeholder input and ensure successful implementation of regional and global initiatives.
- Coach and develop people managers to improve team performance, retention and managerial capability across multiple markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated people management; 10–15 years preferred.
- Proven experience in luxury retail HR and the ability to operate within a high‑end, client‑facing environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of Brazil labor law; experience with other Latin American and Caribbean jurisdictions strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish preferred and French is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching and confidentiality; ability to provide objective feedback.
- Capacity to manage complexity and deliver in a fast‑paced, matrixed international organisation.

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with people management responsibility; demonstrable background in luxury retail HR and hands‑on exposure to Brazil labor law and regional market dynamics.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 175,000 to USD 200,000 per annum.
