Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage recruitment processes for all company departments, including needs assessment with managers, job posting distribution, CV screening, interview scheduling, and short-list preparation
- Handle personnel administration and payroll, including employee onboarding, documentation preparation, organizational procedures, and administrative processing
- Coordinate integration, mentoring, and ongoing support of the 2027 intern and apprentice community
- Contribute to concurrent HR projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme
- Prior internship experience in a human resources environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
