Bulgari — Paris: Human Resources Assistant internship (6 months) starting July 2026. Support recruitment, HR administration and trainee community activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for interns, apprentices and entry-level roles: define needs with hiring managers, publish job postings, screen CVs, conduct interviews and prepare shortlists.
- Perform HR administrative tasks and support payroll-related processes, including onboarding paperwork, contract preparation and maintenance of personnel files.
- Coordinate the integration, animation and ongoing follow-up of the 2026 trainee and apprentice community, organising orientation and engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects across the division (Retail and Headquarters) and support ad hoc people‑management initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous internship experience within an HR environment preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Good command of office productivity software and general IT tools.
