Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns, apprentices and entry-level roles: liaise with hiring managers, draft and publish job adverts, screen CVs, conduct interviews and produce shortlists.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and support payroll-related processes for the French subsidiary, including onboarding, contract documentation and personnel file maintenance.
- Coordinate, animate and monitor the intern and apprentice community (integration activities, engagement initiatives and follow-up).
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives across retail and corporate teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Prior exposure to HR through at least one internship or relevant academic project preferred.
- Demonstrable organisational autonomy, initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of standard office software and basic familiarity with payroll/HR administrative processes.

Early-career candidate; prior internship experience in a human resources environment is preferred. Comfortable working autonomously on full recruitment cycles and HR administrative tasks.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
