Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for boutique and office positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm job requirements and understand talent needs
  • Proactively source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels
  • Conduct thorough resume screening and initial candidate interviews
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics efficiently
  • Facilitate internal offer approval processes and reference checks
  • Extend job offers and manage negotiation and closing stages
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for new graduate candidates, including selection and post-offer adjustments
  • Design, promote, and execute internship programs to identify and nurture potential hires
  • Coordinate and conduct induction processes for new hires on their first day
  • Assess probationary period performance in liaison with hiring managers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
