Role & Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for all roles up to Director level across the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with LVMH talent standards and internal recruitment models
• Research regional competitive landscape and leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) to build robust talent pipelines for retail and corporate openings
• Facilitate intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Managers, guide interview strategies, and lead debrief sessions to recommend best-fit candidates
• Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews via video, phone, and in-person to evaluate competency, cultural fit, and language fluency
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits on salary benchmarking and manage offer negotiations including commission and bonus structures
• Ensure exceptional candidate communication and care throughout the recruitment lifecycle with timely status updates and professional feedback
• Oversee background checks, reference checks, and complete all administrative and compliance requirements relating to hiring and documentation
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and deliver regular reporting on time-to-fill, open requisitions, and sourcing analytics to HR leadership
• Lead recruitment center events for new store openings and participate in regional Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese fluency strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment searches in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion with confidential information and demonstrated ability to maintain professional standards

Experience

3–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or corporate multi-unit environments managing roles from Coordinator to Director level.
