Bulgari seeks HR Business Partner in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Support manufacturing operations across three sites with strategic HR partnership, talent development, and business-aligned people solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support employees throughout their career lifecycle—from onboarding through development—with hands-on presence across three production sites (Le Sentier, Saignelégier, and Neuchâtel)
  • Address individual and collective HR situations with fairness, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and Group policies while maintaining the quality of HR processes
  • Identify competency needs for teams and apprentices, collaborating with the Watch Academy Manager on continuous training and knowledge transfer pathways for watchmaking craftsmanship
  • Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner to lead talent and succession reviews for critical roles, building a talent pipeline in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on key recruitment initiatives
  • Pilot recurring HR processes (performance reviews, salary reviews, budgetary exercises) in partnership with the business
  • Support workforce planning efforts aligned with production capacity, anticipating needs for critical and high-demand roles in partnership with Operations
  • Analyze and leverage HR data (headcount, mobility, attrition, absenteeism) to produce insights that inform decision-making and support evidence-based recommendations
  • Advise manufacturing directors and production managers on human and organizational challenges, translating industrial priorities into pragmatic HR solutions
  • Coach managers in their HR responsibilities and decision-making, fostering engagement and a healthy workplace climate in a production environment
  • Support organizational change management initiatives in alignment with Watch Business Unit strategy

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Federal Diploma in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of confirmed HR Business Partner experience, ideally in an industrial or production environment within an international group
  • Solid command of Swiss labor law and core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and compensation
  • Fluent French with good English proficiency and excellent written communication skills
  • Valid driving license with mobility for regular travel to multiple production sites
