HR Business Partner at Bvlgari (LVMH), Munich. Manage employee lifecycle and support leadership across four countries within a luxury timepiece and jewelry maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the defined employee and management population in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and/or Czech Republic throughout the complete employee lifecycle
  • Serve as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership on operational and strategic people matters including performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management, and team effectiveness
  • Ensure continuous development and execution of core HR processes including onboarding, contract management, offboarding, and HR documentation in close coordination with Employee Services
  • Coordinate and manage critical internal and external interfaces including Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and central Bvlgari and LVMH Group functions
  • Actively participate in global and local HR initiatives in Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
  • Support employment law matters, compliance requirements, and governance standards including data quality, policy frameworks, and preparation for regulatory requirements such as pay transparency directives
  • Drive modernization of HR operations through process standardization, digitalization, and strategic application of HR data for informed decision-making
  • Embody and communicate Bvlgari values—quality, excellence, service excellence, and accountability—in daily interactions with leadership, employees, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of substantive experience in a generalist HR, HRBP, or People Operations role
  • Proven experience in an international, matrix-based organizational environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Demonstrated sophistication in managing sensitive employee, leadership, and compliance matters with discretion and exceptional advisory capability
  • Fluency in MS Office and modern digital business tools; practical experience with HR information systems, payroll software, or talent management platforms is highly valued
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German and English (written and spoken); additional European language skills are advantageous
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness and genuine enthusiasm for collaborative work in international teams
