Bulgari Rome: HJ Planner & Business Intelligence Specialist role in Jewelry Business Unit Supply Chain Department. EUR 45k + bonus, full-time hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business analysis and data interpretation, ensuring reliability and consistency of reporting across the department
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting sets, and monitoring tools enabling self-service analytics capabilities
- Develop business data models for reporting with clear logic, usability, and scalability
- Act as the Department's reporting and data modelling reference, translating complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions
- Promote cooperation and data sharing across internal departments to enhance organizational alignment
- Support strategic planning presentations by collecting, validating, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
- Prepare comprehensive documents and presentations for business reviews and executive-level management needs
- Improve reporting and visualization tools while partnering with IT as key user for relevant applications and platforms
- Support reporting standards, data quality governance, and organizational analytics best practices
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or Engineering (with Supply Chain focus preferred)
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Supply Chain analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and self-service reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to understand and model complex business processes
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in business context
- Knowledge of the luxury goods market (preferred)
- Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively across diverse organizational groups
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Commitment to accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement

Experience
Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Supply Chain analytics within a structured corporate environment, ideally involving exposure to luxury goods operations and complex organizational data ecosystems.
Education
University degree in Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline, with preferred specialization or coursework in Supply Chain Management or data analytics.

The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 45,000 per annum.
