Bulgari in Rome seeks a High Jewelry Distribution & Invoicing Specialist — hybrid, full‑time role in HQ managing consignment shipments and intercompany invoicing.

Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales and Marketing to execute high jewelry allocation and distribution plans.
- Manage national and international consignment shipments for high jewelry: prepare, verify, renew, track and archive all required documentation (Carnet ATA/CPD, Certificates of Origin, pro‑forma invoices, etc.).
- Provide operational support to boutiques and the distribution network, resolving local logistics and documentation requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate intercompany invoicing of high jewelry products in compliance with fiscal and customs constraints.
- Monitor consignments and associated documentation to guarantee shipment accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Calculate, monitor and analyze periodic KPIs and present actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Analyze transportation costs and identify efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Assess existing processes and systems and propose improvements and innovations to enhance efficiency and controls.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain roles, preferably with luxury or high‑value products.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proven capacity to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
- Excellent planning, organization and customer‑orientation skills; flexible and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Proactive mindset with a curious, critical approach and appetite for process innovation.

At least 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain operations, ideally within luxury goods or handling high‑value consignments and international shipments.
Education
University degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering (or equivalent).
