High End Coordinator at Bulgari, New York — support VIP experiences and luxury sales through event coordination, client management, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with boutique teams to identify development opportunities for high-potential prospects and VIP clients
- Source, organize, and manage VIP client gift orders, including packaging and shipment coordination
- Assist in planning and execution of domestic and international luxury experiences for curated clientele
- Support pre-planning and on-site logistics for High End events, including event management, 1:1 experiences, exclusive cultural programming, and appointment facilitation
- Maintain budgets for client treatments, process invoices, establish vendor relationships, manage purchase orders, and track accruals
- Contribute to High End training initiatives and support VIP client presentations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant working experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across various business partners with composure and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Commitment to client and company confidentiality
- Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated passion for luxury industry knowledge and brand heritage

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional working experience, preferably in luxury retail, client services, or event coordination within the luxury sector.
