Bulgari HSE Specialist role in Valenza, Italy. Health, Safety & Environment Specialist reporting to HSE Director, ensuring regulatory compliance and ISO management system maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in compliance with D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs. 152/06 regulatory requirements in collaboration with the RSPP (HSE Director)
  • Conduct risk assessments and prepare and maintain the Risk Assessment Document (DVR)
  • Develop and implement preventive and protective measures with associated control systems
  • Maintain compliance calendar for mandatory and voluntary regulatory obligations
  • Coordinate with external consultants for specific risk assessments
  • Deliver personnel training on occupational health and safety per State-Region Agreements
  • Manage occupational health surveillance in collaboration with the occupational physician
  • Evaluate and qualify contractors and prepare DUVRI documentation
  • Validate and register chemical substances through Safety Data Sheet (SDS) review and environmental impact assessment
  • Monitor industrial and work processes for risk assessment and environmental prevention
  • Update environmental authorization processes (AUA) and coordinate related analytical activities and monitoring
  • Maintain and improve environmental management procedures
  • Manage waste classification and coding (CER)
  • Maintain and update the Health, Safety & Environment Management System per ISO 45001 and 14001 standards
  • Collaborate with management, RSPP, supervisors, and workers to promote workplace safety culture and behavioral safety engagement
  • Analyze root causes of incidents and accidents
  • Support HSE Manager initiatives on environmental sustainability

Qualifications

  • Degree in Public Health Sciences, Occupational Safety & Environmental Techniques, or Environmental Sciences and Territory Management, or equivalent Master's degree or Engineering degree
  • ASPP (Occupational Health & Safety Service) accreditation (Modules A and B for Manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent English language skills
