The Global Celebrity Relations Specialist coordinates celebrity and VIP dressing initiatives for Bvlgari’s jewelry division, managing partnerships, product placements, logistics, campaigns, events, budgets, and performance reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position in Rome, governed by the CCNL Commercio; the initial gross annual salary for new joiners in Italy is EUR 45,000 and may vary with experience, skills, seniority, and organizational needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the team to define and implement a global celebrity strategy for the jewelry division, aligned with brand marketing and communication goals.
- Identify and evaluate high-profile global celebrities, influencers, and cultural figures who embody the Maison’s values and aesthetics, prioritizing long-term, impactful partnerships.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with celebrities, agents, publicists, and stylists worldwide, serving as the primary contact for celebrity-related inquiries and initiatives.
- Support negotiations and contract execution with celebrity partners, securing advantageous terms and compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the integration of celebrity partners into global campaigns, events such as red carpets, fashion weeks and product launches, and digital content.
- Track, analyze, and report on celebrity initiative performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage allocated budgets for celebrity engagements with fiscal responsibility.
- Monitor celebrity trends, competitor activity, and changes in the media landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, PR, digital, and retail teams to ensure cohesive execution of celebrity strategies across touchpoints.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in global celebrity relations, VIP dressing, or VIP showroom management within the luxury industry; experience handling high-value goods such as jewelry or watches is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of VIP styling processes, award-season calendars, and red-carpet event management.
- Strong administrative acumen and operational management skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required; French, Spanish, or other additional languages are an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage complex, high-value product logistics and time-sensitive requests flawlessly.
