Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Care Service team in defining and refining the end‑to‑end Care Service programme to deliver an elevated luxury client experience.
- Assist in the management and coordination of Care Service projects across Jewelry, Watches and Accessories commercial networks.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarks to inform central and local Care Service initiatives.
- Propose local and central initiatives driven by analysis of the Care Service action plan and market intelligence to raise service quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Business Units, Markets, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal) to ensure timely project deployment.
- Monitor and analyse Care Service KPIs, identify impactful issues and support reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping the new Care tone of voice and promote the Care Service culture at central and local levels.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong quantitative data analysis skills and familiarity with KPI monitoring.
- Fundamental knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent command of MS Office; SAP proficiency is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Customer‑oriented mindset, strong communication, organisation and proactive problem‑solving skills.
