Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic quality control of diamonds and colored gemstones in accordance with Bulgari's established standards and specifications
  • Perform inspection and quality assessment of high-watchmaking components and assemblies
  • Manage inventory oversight, stock tracking, and reconciliation activities in collaboration with production teams
  • Generate comprehensive quality control reports utilizing Quick Control software and related documentation systems
  • Maintain continuous liaison with production and supplier partners to identify quality issues and report relevant findings to support ongoing process improvement
  • Participate actively in quality assurance meetings and continuous improvement working groups to address identified defects and standardize quality procedures
  • Propose and implement innovative, data-driven solutions for process optimization and quality enhancement across the Control Department

Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification in gemmology or diamond grading
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in diamond and colored gemstone inspection, sorting, or quality assessment
  • Proficiency with Quick Control software or equivalent quality management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate quality issues with clarity and precision
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a track record of proposing effective, innovative improvements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all quality assessments
