Bulgari seeks a financial planning and analysis professional to support North American operations across the US and Canada. The role encompasses budget and forecast preparation, financial modeling in Excel, and comprehensive P&L analysis across revenue and expense categories. The analyst will drive the monthly close review process, identify and analyze variances in commercial and G&A expenses, and provide strategic reporting to support both commercial teams and senior finance leadership on ad-hoc analytical requests including sales performance, margin analysis, and spend tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for North American operations, including affiliated companies in the US and Canada
- Develop financial models and forecasts in Excel to support strategic decision-making and company objectives
- Conduct detailed analyses of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L performance across Net Sales, Operating Expenses, Marketing Expenses, and Travel & Entertainment categories
- Identify and analyze major variances in Selling, Marketing, and G&A expenses by department against budget and prior year comparisons
- Support the monthly close review process and provide correcting entries to accounting as necessary
- Deliver analysis and reporting to commercial teams and support functions
- Review Capital Expenditures by department and business channel; track ongoing spending against annual budget and forecasts
- Support FP&A Senior Manager and CFO with ad-hoc reporting and analysis on metrics including daily sales, margin analysis, traffic, conversion, and discount analysis
- Participate in FP&A projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in management with major in finance and accounting
- Understanding of high luxury business requirements
- Outstanding communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- Rigorous analytical capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Spanish or Italian language skills preferred
