Bvlgari UK seeks an FP&A Analyst in London to lead budgeting, forecasting and store performance reporting for the Watches & Jewellery division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead preparation, consolidation and revision of UK budgets in partnership with managers across the business; ensure timely submissions and resolve queries.
- Produce accurate monthly management reporting and forecasts for the UK business, including variance analysis versus budget and prior year.
- Provide actionable commercial insights through presentations that frame decisions and identify required follow-up measures.
- Conduct cost controlling and detailed operational reviews, including monthly store cost analysis and supplier/cost-structure assessments.
- Partner with Store Management and cross‑functional stakeholders to monitor store performance and implement efficiency initiatives.
- Support corporate projects and finance initiatives involving collaboration with the UK management team and finance headquarters in Rome.
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent professional accounting qualification).
- Minimum five years' experience in financial planning, analysis or similar analytical finance role; retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to produce management reports, forecasts and board‑level presentations.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engagement with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

At least five years in a financial or analytical role, preferably within retail or luxury goods, with hands‑on responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Education
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
