Role & Responsibilities
- Support the company’s budgeting and forecasting cycle, contributing to target setting and timeline delivery while recommending cost‑saving and margin improvement initiatives.
- Analyse detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet movements continuously — both after month‑end closing and during the month — and explain variances versus budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and contribute to the monthly Business / Finance & Accounting reporting package, producing ad hoc analyses to satisfy specific information requests from business partners.
- Support periodic managerial and statutory closings, ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation of controlling outputs.
- Act as a business partner to operational counterparts by understanding business drivers, risks and opportunities and by providing actionable financial insight.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business administration.
- Solid foundation in budgeting and reporting techniques and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.
- Effective interpersonal skills, team spirit and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Adaptability and readiness to take on varied tasks at Bvlgari’s Rome headquarters; available to start ASAP for a six‑month internship.

Experience
Entry‑level. Suitable for students or recent graduates with academic exposure to financial reporting, budgeting and basic accounting; prior professional experience is not required but internships or coursework in finance/accounting are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
