Bulgari seeks an Finance & Administration Intern in Manila to support AMLC reporting, EPR audits, and tax compliance documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing AMLC reporting files for the period of July 2022 to June 2026 and maintain supporting documentation
- Provide support for the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) audit by organizing records and gathering required documents
- Organize, sort, and maintain electronic files and documentation in OneDrive to ensure proper organization and easy retrieval
- Verify that supporting documents for 2025 and 2026 are saved in shared folders and that physical documents are available to avoid potential tax exposure and risks
- Compile tax filing documents and list all missing documents for the 2025 to 2026 period following the tax health check conducted by TMF
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and OneDrive
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willing to learn and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
