Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Environment Manager in implementing sustainability projects and initiatives to reduce the company’s environmental footprint
  • Conduct environmental diagnostics across materials, waste, energy and water streams and identify reduction levers
  • Research and evaluate sustainable materials, solutions and responsible suppliers
  • Contribute to infrastructure and continuous improvement projects, including preparation and maintenance activities for the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
  • Collect, consolidate and validate environmental KPIs (energy, waste, emissions, carbon) and support regular performance reporting and analysis
  • Organise and help prepare environmental awareness and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve data reliability and operational implementation of sustainability measures

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or industrial engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Strong interest in sustainability, environmental management and continuous improvement in an industrial context
  • Organised, methodical, adaptable and able to work collaboratively across functions
  • Effective communicator in French; good level of English preferred
  • Driving licence preferred

Experience

Entry-level — student finishing or recently graduated; ideally one prior internship or practical experience in sustainability, production or environmental management.
