Bvlgari is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Intern for its Facility & EHS team in Neuchâtel. The intern will support environmental assessments, sustainability initiatives, ISO 14001 processes and environmental data reporting; this is a six-month, full-time internship starting in March 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team’s sustainability projects and contribute to practical initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of Bvlgari’s activities.
  • Conduct environmental assessments of materials, waste, energy, water and other areas.
  • Identify ways to reduce environmental impact and propose sustainable alternatives.
  • Help research and evaluate new solutions and responsible suppliers.
  • Support certification processes and the maintenance of the existing ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
  • Help organise and prepare the environmental awareness day.
  • Support the consolidation of key indicators, including energy, waste, emissions and carbon.
  • Contribute to environmental reporting and regular performance analysis.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to improve the reliability of environmental data.

Qualifications

  • Be a final-year engineering student or hold a Master’s degree specialising in environmental studies, sustainability or industrial engineering.
  • Show a strong interest in sustainability, environmental management and continuous improvement in an industrial setting.
  • Be curious and analytical; initial experience in sustainability, production or environmental management is an advantage.
  • Be organised and methodical, adapt quickly, work well in a team and listen actively to understand operational needs and propose relevant, practical solutions.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable handling data and have basic knowledge of environmental analysis.
  • Communicate effectively in French; a good level of English and a driving licence are preferred.
  • Have a placement agreement signed by an educational institution.

Entry-level; initial experience in sustainability, production or environmental management is preferred.
