Bulgari seeks an Environmental Sustainability Intern for its Facility & EHS team in Neuchâtel, reporting to the Environment Manager and supporting sustainability projects and initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of its activities. The six-month internship starts in March 2026 and covers environmental assessments, ISO 14001, awareness initiatives, data consolidation and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental assessments of materials, waste, energy, water and other areas.
- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and propose sustainable alternatives.
- Help research and assess new solutions and responsible suppliers.
- Contribute to certification preparations and maintain the existing ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Help organize and prepare the environmental awareness day.
- Support consolidation of key indicators for energy, waste, emissions and carbon.
- Contribute to environmental reporting and regular performance analysis.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure data reliability.
Qualifications
- Be in the final year of an engineering degree or hold a master's degree specializing in environmental studies, sustainability or industrial engineering.
- Show a strong interest in sustainability, environmental management and continuous improvement in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrate curiosity and analytical thinking.
- Be organized, methodical and adaptable.
- Enjoy teamwork and demonstrate active listening to understand operational needs and propose practical, relevant solutions.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with data processing, and have basic knowledge of environmental analysis.
- Communicate effectively in French; a good level of English is preferred.
- A driving licence is preferred.
- Hold a Convention de Stage signed by an educational institution.

Ideally, initial experience in sustainability, production or environmental management.
Education
Final-year engineering student or master's graduate specializing in environmental studies, sustainability or industrial engineering; a Convention de Stage signed by an educational institution is mandatory.
