Bulgari in Singapore seeks an E‑Commerce Specialist (Full‑time) to manage ecommerce operations and onsite merchandising for Singapore & Australia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day ecommerce operations for Singapore and Australia, ensuring flawless online customer experience and business continuity for edge‑case events.
  • Monitor b.com NPS and customer feedback, escalate systemic issues and propose process improvements to enhance CX and operational KPIs.
  • Plan and execute onsite merchandising and content updates: promotional banners, homepage briefs, category page merchandising and super‑navigation localization.
  • Support planning and rollout of online events (product launches, pre‑orders) including UAT, QA testing and launch coordination with global teams.
  • Perform ongoing site testing and audits to detect and resolve bugs, errors and UX regressions in partnership with technical and HQ teams.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and external agencies on SEO and SEM strategy, reviewing copy and implementing optimizations to balance brand equity and performance.
  • Pull and maintain regular ecommerce reports and dashboards to inform category priorities, sell‑through trends and fortnightly on‑site optimization.
  • Act as regional backup for Australia when required and undertake ad‑hoc tasks requested by local, regional or central stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in ecommerce, digital operations or related roles; experience in FMCG or pure‑play ecommerce advantageous.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with cross‑functional and international teams (local, regional, global).
  • Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with quantitative reports to derive operational recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA, UAT and site testing.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, adapt to ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion in a fast‑paced environment.
