Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational and commercial contact for strategic third‑party e‑commerce partners, driving commercial activity to maximise sales and brand visibility.
  • Develop, refine and implement processes for product launches and day‑to‑day partner operations to streamline workflows and ensure accurate, timely execution.
  • Audit partner websites continuously to verify compliance with brand guidelines, content accuracy and optimal user experience; escalate technical or content issues to IT or partners as required.
  • Support buying and order-management activities for partner platforms to maintain accurate stock alignment, product availability and a market‑appropriate assortment.
  • Own end‑to‑end product catalogue stewardship across all managed channels, ensuring imagery, pricing, descriptions and assets are accurate and optimised.
  • Manage dynamic stock alignment and remove out‑of‑strategy items in a timely manner to protect brand integrity and commercial performance.
  • Execute digital visual merchandising strategies to highlight seasonal pieces, novelties and key collections in strict alignment with brand VM standards.
  • Localise and review partner content to ensure coherence with brand tone, local relevance and factual accuracy.
  • Monitor daily performance across direct, cross‑border and partner channels to identify conversion and UX improvements and implement optimisation plans.
  • Produce regular data‑driven reports on sales, traffic and KPIs; translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve channel conversion.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks and growth opportunities for EU and international e‑commerce.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in e‑commerce, ideally with responsibility for both direct and third‑party platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience within fashion, luxury, retail or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical capability with demonstrable experience turning data into commercial actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, IT and Supply teams.
