Role & Responsibilities
- Define country- and store-level Target Stock Levels (TSL) and buffer stocks in line with corporate inventory targets, service levels and assortment strategies.
- Allocate leather goods and accessories inventory worldwide by channel and location to maximise revenue while minimising stockouts, backorders and excess stock.
- Monitor TSL and assortment performance, driving stock rotation and product availability through quantitative analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Supply, Demand Planning, Merchandising, Markets and Sales to support launches, marketing campaigns, shop openings, closures and pop-ups.
- Manage seasonal buyback campaigns and ensure local deployment of stock rebalancing guidelines in cooperation with country supply chain teams.
- Develop, track and refine KPIs related to stock and distribution performance working closely with the Supply Chain Business Intelligence & Reporting team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree; engineering or supply-chain related degrees will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in inventory planning, distribution or supply chain within luxury retail, fashion or related sectors.
- Excellent command of English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical aptitude, with proven experience in KPI development and numerical analysis.
- Operational orientation with strong organization, flexibility and customer-focused problem solving.
Skills
Experience
At least 2–3 years in a similar inventory/distribution planning role, preferably within luxury retail or fashion, with hands-on responsibility for stock allocation, store replenishment and coordination with merchandising and sales teams.
Education
Master’s degree; degrees in engineering, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline preferred.
