Bulgari Corporation of America seeks Director of Talent Acquisition in New York. Lead enterprise-wide recruitment strategy across corporate and retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, establishing performance standards and best practices across the organization
  • Design and execute innovative, modern recruitment and retention strategies for both corporate headquarters and retail boutique operations
  • Streamline and modernize recruitment processes, assessment tools, and interviewer training programs across all corporate and retail departments
  • Partner strategically with corporate and retail leadership to ensure proactive talent pipelining for store openings, expansions, and ongoing organizational needs
  • Manage best-in-class candidate experience from initial sourcing through onboarding and early retention phases
  • Support internal mobility initiatives to mitigate hiring risks and develop robust short- and long-term diverse talent pipelines
  • Oversee comprehensive talent sourcing channels and partnerships, including executive search firms, digital platforms, and social media networks
  • Lead university recruitment and internship programs to create compelling entry-level talent pipelines
  • Coach hiring managers with best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and LVMH counterparts to execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives and share best practices across the Maison

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Master's degree in HR preferred)
  • 7–10 years of demonstrable Talent Acquisition experience with proven full-lifecycle recruiting success
  • Proven track record of successful Talent Acquisition team leadership
  • Extensive experience recruiting for retail field roles, with luxury retail experience highly preferred, alongside corporate functions
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-volume and executive-level recruitment strategies
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with ability to partner effectively with leadership across corporate and field operations
  • Strategic expertise in talent mapping, pipelining, and data-driven recruitment metrics
  • Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and project management capabilities
  • Global headquarters versus local market management acumen preferred

Experience

Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with substantial background in full-lifecycle recruiting for both retail and corporate environments. Experience recruiting for luxury retail operations alongside corporate functions is highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field required. Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
