Bulgari Director of Celebrity and Talent Relations in New York; $170K–$190K annual salary for luxury brand celebrity partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ongoing strategy for VIP and influencer engagement in-market
- Manage celebrity, VIP, and influencer relationships across communication, negotiation, styling, events, product management, and placements
- Liaise with PR & Communications teams to drive press coverage and ensure accurate brand crediting for placements
- Develop and nurture new and existing relationships with celebrities, VIPs, influencers, stylists, publicists, agents, assistants, film studios, and networks to secure brand partnerships and measurable results
- Work cross-functionally with Events, Media, and Communications teams to identify celebrity and KOL strategies for brand initiatives
- Drive organic placements with talent and negotiate local brand ambassador contracts for ongoing regional partnerships
- Identify and secure celebrity attendance at local and global events
- Promote and represent the brand at events and all interactions
- Manage VIP gifting programs and allocated budgets
- Maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge while staying current on industry trends and emerging talent
- Oversee Celebrity Relations Coordinator to ensure sample trafficking, dressings, and loan management remain current
Qualifications
- 10+ years of VIP relations management and press experience
- Established and well-connected network within US and Canadian celebrity and VIP markets
- Demonstrated experience representing luxury brands
- Natural relationship builder with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to execute in fast-paced, matrix environments
- Polished, articulate communicator with commanding executive presence

Experience
Minimum 10 years of VIP relations management and press experience, with established connections and demonstrated success in luxury brand representation within the US and Canadian markets.
