Bulgari seeks HR Director for Latin America & Caribbean region. Lead 175K–200K USD role managing talent, compliance, and strategic people initiatives across retail and corporate locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles across Latin America and the Caribbean
- Oversee seamless onboarding of new employees in partnership with managers and HR Operations specialists
- Coach and support people managers in team leadership, performance optimization, and employee engagement
- Drive consistent communication of company policies, practices, and strategic initiatives across the region
- Cultivate an inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity, and fair management practices
- Champion employee engagement programs to enhance workplace experience and talent retention
- Manage relationships with local payroll providers in Mexico, Brazil, and Saint Barthélemy; ensure legal compliance and guidance to local employees
- Lead the annual performance management cycle and budget exercises in partnership with the Director of Compensation and Benefits and Americas VP of Human Resources
- Lead talent review and succession planning efforts, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted development plans
- Foster company and group talent mobility and cross-functional partnerships
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team on local market analysis and compensation recommendations
- Manage HR data submissions to Headquarters and LVMH Group on monthly and annual schedules
- Manage cross-functional HR projects, gathering stakeholder input and ensuring successful execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive Human Resources and people management experience
- Proven experience in luxury retail operations and culture
- Demonstrated experience in Latin American and Caribbean markets highly desirable
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and/or French highly preferred
- Strong communication, team building, collaboration, and people management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidentiality with discretion and provide objective, constructive feedback
- Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Minimum 10–15 years in Human Resources and people management, with proven luxury retail experience and preferably familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean markets.
