Bulgari Corporation seeks an experienced HR Director for Latin America & Caribbean in Miami, overseeing regional talent, compliance, and strategic HR operations. Salary: $175,000–$200,000 USD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail positions across Latin America and the Caribbean
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs in collaboration with hiring managers and payroll specialists
  • Coach and support people managers to drive team performance and employee engagement
  • Communicate company policies, practices, and strategic initiatives with consistency and clarity across all markets
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse workplace culture aligned with Bulgari's luxury brand values
  • Champion employee engagement and retention programs to enhance workplace experience
  • Manage relationships with local payroll providers in Mexico, Brazil, and Saint-Barthélemy; ensure legal compliance and provide employee guidance
  • Lead the annual Performance Management cycle (ICR) and budget processes in partnership with the Director of Compensation and Benefits and Americas VP of Human Resources
  • Conduct talent reviews and succession planning initiatives to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development action plans
  • Facilitate internal talent mobility and cross-company partnerships within the LVMH Group
  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits team on local market analysis and salary recommendations
  • Submit monthly and annual HR data to headquarters and the LVMH Group
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects; gather stakeholder input and ensure successful execution

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive Human Resources and people management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Brazilian labor law; experience with other Latin American and Caribbean markets preferred
  • Proven luxury retail operations and culture experience
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish preferred; French a plus
  • Strong communication, team-building, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver objective feedback
  • Capacity to navigate high-complexity, fast-paced environments
