Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end e‑commerce customer journey for Brazil across WhatsApp, email, chat, phone and social media, acting as a digital brand ambassador.
  • Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets by qualifying leads, converting conversations into sales and executing targeted cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Implement CRM campaigns and central strategies (O2O, DEMs, personalized messaging) to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain and optimise portfolio data in Salesforce Lightning Cloud, ensuring product, pricing and inventory information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with Omni‑Channel Fulfillment Specialist to confirm order processing, invoicing, shipping and delivery; cover fulfillment duties when required.
  • Resolve operational, logistics and system issues end‑to‑end, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver timely solutions.
  • Monitor e‑commerce stock levels and packaging requirements; perform daily sales and inventory reconciliations and close sales logs.
  • Provide post‑sale follow up to ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations with professionalism and effective de‑escalation techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, customer service or hospitality with demonstrated client‑facing sales results.
  • Conversational English required; additional languages an advantage.
  • Proven competency with digital communication channels and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce Lightning Cloud preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and risk controls including data privacy, consent management and address verification prior to shipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication tailored by channel (chat, email, phone/video) and resilience under escalations.
  • High attention to detail for inventory, pricing and order accuracy; ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
