Role & Responsibilities
- Own BVLGARI’s mini‑program live streaming and remote presentation channel, ensuring each broadcast reflects the maison’s luxury standards.
- Design and execute client engagement strategies that cultivate personalised, high‑value relationships across online and offline touchpoints.
- Orchestrate exclusive offline activations (exhibitions, client gatherings, private events) to deepen client loyalty and brand affinity.
- Ensure seamless end‑to‑end responsiveness across product discovery, ordering and after‑sales journeys for premium clients.
- Enable internal teams and remote clients with premium live‑streaming capabilities and operational frameworks for consistency and quality.
- Capture and manage high‑quality product and event assets; repurpose live content as enduring brand collateral across channels.
- Measure and drive continuous improvement through post‑event analytics (audience, interaction and conversion metrics).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail, e‑commerce, client experience or live streaming; jewellery/watch category preferred.
- Proven track record managing high‑value client relationships and delivering exclusive offline and online events.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own a 360° remit across clienteling, live production and content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high professional integrity and a creative, analytical approach.
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel for activations as required.
