Bulgari Deputy Store Manager (Vienna) | Luxury Jewelry Retail Leadership Role | Full-Time Position

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as Senior Client Advisor to customers and sales team, ensuring sales closures and customer satisfaction
  • Maximize store business potential and sales revenue by department in alignment with corporate strategy
  • Mentor, motivate, and retain store employees while strengthening teamwork and collaboration
  • Support staff development initiatives in response to business requirements
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and departmental goals
  • Prepare business reports for management review
  • Track mystery shopping results and develop corrective action plans
  • Address customer complaints and disputes to ensure satisfaction and brand reputation
  • Cultivate effective and lasting relationships with new and existing high-value clients
