Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to embody brand values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure optimal store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention, focusing on VIP and long-term client relationships.
- Foster a client-centric mindset within the team, enhancing skills and performance.
- Optimize daily store operations, including inventory management and sales analysis, using CRM systems to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain brand-aligned visual merchandising and store environment.
- Provide top-tier customer service to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional events to enhance brand engagement.
- Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Management experience in the luxury retail industry, particularly in jewelry, watches, or fashion.
- Proven track record in sales and client development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese; proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.
