Bulgari Deputy Store Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia—lead boutique operations, sales performance, and team excellence in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage entire boutique team, client interactions, and business operations to achieve sales objectives and store KPIs
- Spend majority of time on shop floor coaching sales team and engaging with clients to deliver unique, memorable experiences
- Lead by example and accompany team member development to ensure strong accountability and structured coaching moments
- Define and implement action plans based on mystery shopping and Voice of the Client feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of key retail landscape initiatives in the local luxury market
- Partner with Sales Training to identify developmental needs and translate them into SMART action plans
- Proactively recruit new customers and organize events to generate business opportunities
- Nurture long-term client relationships through in-store and outside activities, implementing client database initiatives per marketing guidelines
- Partner with regional CRM teams to review and implement dedicated action plans for client retention and growth
- Ensure maintenance of store environment, product assortment, visual merchandising standards, and post-sale service excellence
- Manage store stock efficiently according to KPIs and propose corrective actions as needed
- Guarantee application of company norms, procedures, and discount policies
- Champion omnichannel initiatives and foster digital transformation adoption across the store team
- Address client concerns and disputes to restore satisfaction
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of local market, brand locations, events, and marketing activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail management experience
- Proven track record in leading boutique or store operations
- Strong knowledge of luxury brand positioning and high-end retail practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in coaching and developing retail teams
- Knowledge of digital retail processes and omnichannel strategies
- Proven sales management and business acumen in luxury sector

Minimum 5 years of progressive retail or boutique management experience in the luxury sector, with demonstrated success in leading sales teams, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Education
