Deputy Store Manager at Bulgari, Jeddah - Saudi national required. Manage luxury boutique operations, lead sales team, and drive client experiences in this full-time on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire boutique team, client and business operations to achieve sales objectives and store/service KPIs, spending majority of time on the shop floor with sales teams and clients
- Lead by example and accompany the development of team members through structured coaching, feedback and mentoring both on-site and in monthly one-to-one meetings
- Adopt a coaching posture with the sales team on delivering unique shopping experiences including customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, and selling skills
- Ensure the store maintains excellent visual merchandising, product assortment standards, and uniform and grooming standards
- Manage store inventory efficiently according to KPIs and propose corrective actions as needed
- Develop action plans based on mystery shopping and Voice of the Client results and ensure implementation
- Proactively recruit new customers, promote and create events to generate business opportunities
- Actively participate in social events and cultivate long-term client relationship building through in-store and external activities
- Partner with regional CRM teams to implement dedicated action plans for client retention, growth and amplification
- Address client concerns and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction is restored
- Guarantee correct application of company norms, procedures and discount policies
- Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on key retail landscape developments within the local luxury market
- Sponsor full store engagement on omnichannel initiatives and drive mindset change in-store
- Maintain profound knowledge of brand locations, events and marketing activities within the local environment
- Actively participate in the development of the organization and business in the region by building trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Saudi national (required)
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury sector
- Proven experience managing boutique teams and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of store procedures, processes and digital systems
- Understanding of luxury business positioning and client expectation management
- Demonstrated business acumen and proactive engagement
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Commitment to delivering excellence and integrity
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated success in team leadership, sales performance and client relationship management in a boutique or high-end retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business management, retail or hospitality preferred.
