Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing store-specific strategies aligned with overarching business vision and objectives
  • Contribute to the analysis and elaboration of sales figures, KPIs, and objectives
  • Support execution of action plans based on market calendar and merchandising guidelines
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop relationships with other Store Managers to optimize business and client experience
  • Implement clienteling strategies to gather client feedback and establish long-term loyalty
  • Ensure consistent, personalized, and memorable client experience across all interactions
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth floor management
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency
