Role & Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of assigned product categories and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets; manage product inventory and stock levels
• Meet individual sales objectives based on store performance and sales metrics
• Maximize every opportunity to enable the sales team to deliver distinctive and memorable shopping experiences for customers
• Address urgent customer matters, including complaints and escalations
• Directly manage and supervise the store team; oversee sales performance, KPIs, and individual performance metrics
• Support the Store Manager in providing training and coaching to all store personnel, including product knowledge, role-playing exercises, operational training, and system training; deliver regular feedback to enhance sales and operational skills
• Assume responsibility for store maintenance, safety, and operational excellence in the Store Manager's absence; lead the team in ensuring compliance with product categorization and visual merchandising guidelines
• Oversee and monitor visual displays, store maintenance, and housekeeping tasks in support of the Store Manager
• Ensure the store maintains exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards, with visual displays consistently reflecting brand image
• Execute any additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in a luxury environment
• Demonstrated sales leadership and team management capability
• Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence
• Experience with inventory management and product merchandising
• Ability to drive sales performance against targets

Skills

Experience

Retail management experience in luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrated success leading sales teams and achieving performance targets.

Education

Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in retail management, business administration, or related field preferred.
