Bulgari Beijing Deputy Store Manager – lead a sales team and manage luxury retail operations with 5+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a dedicated sales team of six staff members, ensuring individual sales performance and KPI achievement
- Own one product category and support the broader sales team in achieving store sales targets and business objectives
- Deliver coaching and product training to enhance selling techniques and client service quality across the team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to reflect Bulgari's brand image consistently
- Handle client issues and emergencies including complaints, ensuring resolution and client satisfaction
- Assume full responsibility for store operations, security, and maintenance when the Store Manager is absent
- Support inventory management, stock control, and available-for-sale-stock (AFSS) administration
