Bulgari — Dublin: Demand Planner Intern (hybrid) supporting forecasting, reporting, Power BI analytics and S&OP coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in demand forecasting activities and maintain/updating forecast datasets.
- Support development and automation of reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyse sales performance and identify key trends to inform short‑term and seasonal planning.
- Calculate, monitor and report KPIs related to demand planning and forecast accuracy.
- Produce weekly sales reports and ad‑hoc analyses to support tactical decisions and forecast adjustments.
- Participate in S&OP preparation and facilitate cross‑functional alignment across Commercial and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate monthly demand updates with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Economics, Data Science or a closely related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrable experience using spreadsheets for analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI and basic data modelling is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Experience
Entry‑level internship; academic projects or prior internships in demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, or data analysis are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
