Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium, personalised B2C service across inbound and outbound channels (telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media) to preserve and grow client relationships.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage accounts and perform accurate administration and maintenance of client records in CRM systems.
  • Document all customer interactions to ensure traceability of inquiries and resolutions and to support KPI measurement.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and provide daily feedback to the Head of Department on new issues and escalations.
  • Proactively identify potential negative impacts on the customer experience (e.g., before launches, promotions or mass mailings) and propose mitigations.
  • Adhere to department SLAs and KPIs and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Work occasional Saturdays on a rotational basis and participate in the hybrid onsite schedule (35 days onsite per quarter).

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum three years' proven experience in sales, client relationship management or customer service within luxury, retail or hospitality contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities including upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
  • Customer‑centric mindset: patient, empathetic and oriented to delivering a 'wow' client experience.
  • Organised, able to prioritise under pressure and meet KPI/SLA targets while collaborating effectively within a team.

Experience
