Role & Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of boutique merchandise — fine jewellery, watches and accessories — achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Proactively develop client relationships and pursue opportunities to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Rapidly acquire and maintain product knowledge across jewellery, watchmaking and accessories to deliver authoritative advice to clients.
- Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to handle client repair, maintenance and warranty requests.
- Ensure the boutique environment meets brand standards for visual merchandising, presentation and cleanliness.
- Follow daily retail procedures and contribute to stock control, clienteling activities and store reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational secondary education (or equivalent).
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium-brand retail sales; experience selling jewellery, watches or leather goods preferred.
- Proven familiarity with boutique retail operations and point-of-sale procedures.
- Strong customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and professional deportment.
- Good verbal and written English is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly, work proactively and collaborate effectively within a team.

Experience
At least three years of sales experience with a luxury or premium brand, preferably with direct exposure to jewellery, watch or leather-goods categories and working knowledge of boutique retail operations.
Education
High school or vocational secondary school diploma.
