Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and consolidate sustainability-related data from internal teams and external partners to populate CSR dashboards and internal KPIs.
- Support preparation of internal and external CSR reporting and presentations for stakeholders, including LVMH Group bodies and certification entities.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on sustainability trends, regulatory developments and best practices across luxury and manufacturing sectors.
- Contribute to strategic projects on sustainable sourcing, with a specific emphasis on colored gemstone traceability and supplier due diligence.
- Assist supplier and third‑party assessments, map value chains to identify environmental, social and human rights risks, and help draft corrective action plans.
- Support audits and certification processes (e.g., ISO standards) by preparing documentation and tracking compliance with internal and external obligations.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives with Procurement, Legal and Operations to embed responsible sourcing, circular economy and risk mitigation measures.
- Design internal awareness materials and assist employee engagement campaigns on climate, diversity, ethical conduct and other CSR topics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG principles, due diligence frameworks and regulatory trends related to human rights, environmental compliance and responsible sourcing.
- Proven analytical and research aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); working knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative mindset, proactivity and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, human rights and corporate responsibility.
