Bulgari is hiring a CRM Specialist in Dublin to drive client loyalty, CRM campaigns and revenue through personalised client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tailored CRM strategies and campaigns to deepen client engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Collect, curate and analyse client data to create precise segments and personalise communications and service touchpoints.
  • Manage end‑to‑end CRM campaigns in collaboration with sales, marketing and client service teams, ensuring brand consistency and high conversion.
  • Act as CRM system steward: configure fields/workflows, maintain data quality, provide user training and drive adoption across stakeholder teams.
  • Identify high‑value sales opportunities from CRM insights and partner with retail teams to convert them through bespoke client propositions.
  • Monitor KPIs (client satisfaction, retention, campaign performance, revenue contribution) and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as an elite client concierge for escalated enquiries and ensure rapid, discreet resolution in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
