Bulgari CRM Manager in London: lead customer strategy, lifecycle management, and engagement initiatives. Full-time hybrid role for experienced CRM professional.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CRM strategy including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives aligned with global client strategy from headquarters
  • Set up and maintain budget covering all boutique activities, KCPs, and gifting initiatives
  • Mentor and lead a growing team of in-boutique CRM ambassadors, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Liaise with partners to develop and optimize CRM communication tools and platforms
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment business customers effectively and ensure tailored, relevant communications
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle management strategies to drive long-term engagement, loyalty, and continuous optimization
  • Design targets and manage UK clients attending worldwide events and exhibitions
  • Manage printed material orders and distribution including catalogues, brochures, invitations, and books
  • Monitor CRM and ECRM KPIs monthly through comprehensive analysis and reporting
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates across the customer journey
  • Maintain customer database health with focus on retention and engagement, ensuring compliance with CRM best practices
  • Oversee one-to-one and one-to-many calendar management, deliverability, and monthly reporting
  • Organize in-boutique events to acquire and convert prospects and increase repeat purchase rates
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize brand visibility and client acquisition

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a CRM role with strong focus on segmentation and lifecycle management
  • Strong track record of successful cross-channel lifecycle communications (email, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end planning, development, and execution of large-scale engaging campaigns
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to deeply understand customer segmentation and lifecycle needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to build relationships and alignment with cross-functional departments and senior stakeholders
  • Technical proficiency combined with a creative eye for campaign design and messaging
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to campaign optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software (desirable)
  • Background in developing and managing client databases (desirable)
  • Prior experience in an international organization (desirable)
