Bulgari in Dublin seeks a CRM & Clienteling Specialist to lead EU e‑commerce CRM, clienteling and omnichannel campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and optimise CRM and clienteling strategies for EU e‑commerce and customer service channels, ensuring an integrated omnichannel client journey.
  • Analyse client and sales data to derive lifecycle insights and personalise client touchpoints across digital and service channels.
  • Lead omnichannel campaign orchestration in close alignment with Central Client Engagement to maintain Bulgari’s tone, exclusivity and consistency across markets.
  • Oversee gifting strategy and inventory for EU e‑commerce and customer service, ensuring budgetary control and high impact on client loyalty.
  • Manage CRM system configuration, maintenance and user training to empower customer service teams and maximise system adoption.
  • Track, report and translate KPIs related to satisfaction, loyalty and sales into actionable optimisation plans and new initiatives.
  • Cultivate cross‑functional partnerships with CRM, E‑commerce, Merchandising, Online Retail and Local Customer Service teams to ensure commercial alignment and flawless execution.
  • Coach and support Customer Service teams on portfolio management, personalised outreach and best‑practice clienteling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing or customer engagement; experience within the luxury sector strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced analytical capability with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
