Bulgari Dubai seeks a CRM & Client Development Associate Manager to lead clienteling and CRM programmes across Middle East & Africa.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Omnichannel Manager in the development, implementation and governance of bespoke CRM programmes across the Middle East & Africa.
  • Bridge boutiques and CRM teams to ensure a client-centric approach to all activities and improve in-store adoption of clienteling tools and processes.
  • Design, implement and adapt one-to-one clienteling campaigns and pampering initiatives based on customer segmentation to increase loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Define contact strategies with retail teams and provide day-to-day, on-the-ground CRM support to boutiques, including training and guidelines for local teams.
  • Manage CRM gifting and pampering programmes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, deliver analytics and reporting, identify incremental revenue opportunities and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Improve database quality and client profiling in close collaboration with boutiques; support recruitment and development of high-potential clients.
  • Manage CRM budget, coordinate external suppliers involved in CRM activities and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.
  • Coordinate one-to-one rollout of annual engagement plans for top clients (events, trips, activities) and support Store Directors and Client Advisors in client management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM, client development or clienteling within luxury retail or premium jewellery/watches.
  • Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, clienteling programmes and cross-functional projects; budget management experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into commercial opportunities and clear reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), PowerBI and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and training skills with a customer-centric mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and to liaise with multi‑country retail teams across the Middle East & Africa.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in CRM, clienteling or client development within luxury retail (jewellery, watches or premium fashion), including campaign management, boutique collaboration and analytics-driven optimisation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related discipline; master’s degree or specialised luxury retail qualification preferred.
